When will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number once we have dispatched your order, this is usually 3-5 working days, but can take up to 7-10 during busy periods, after payment has been received.
Do you pay Import Duties on my order?
When placing an order through our website, your order is dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse. When the shipment arrives in the destination country the buyer will have to pay the import duties before the shipment is released.
This must be paid by the importer and we do not accept liability for any import duties. The courier with usually collect these on behalf of the tax authorities, please note if your company is VAT registered you will be able to offset this importation tax against the VAT you collect on your sales.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will depend on your location and which location your order was shipped from. All orders shipping from our Asia warehouse will take approximately 7-10 days and if from our Dublin Distribution Centre less than 7 days. Shipping may take longer during holidays such as Christmas, New Year and other cultural holiday periods depending on your location.
From where items are dispatched?
Our orders are usually shipped from our European Distribution Location in Ireland but could be dispatched from our Warehouse in Hong Kong.

We ship worldwide. Custom Documents and Taxes are to be resolved by the customer in their own country.

Do you provide a warranty?
We provide a 2 year warranty for all products which are still brand new, this warranty covers only the movement. Once the client has sold the watch to a customer the responsibility is the clients.
My watch arrived damaged?
We offer free return shipping for items that are faulty due to a manufacturing issue.
If an package has been damaged in transit resulting in damaged products, we will open a claim with the shipping provider.

I placed an order and I want to pay with a bank transfer. Where are the details?
You should have been shown the bank details on the order confirmed page when ordering. If you missed these you should have also received an email with all the payment details in. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the details please contact us and we will help arrange payment.
